Help Us Grow

Support Our Volunteers and Programs

Contributing to the Piedmont Master Gardeners Association is an excellent way to bring horticultural education and science-based gardening knowledge to our Albemarle-Charlottesville community. With your support, PMG offers free and low-cost programs that range from school garden grants and Garden Basics classes to Horticultural Help Desks and The Garden Shed, our monthly online newsletter. Check out our ongoing projects, upcoming events, and community partners to learn more. The Piedmont Master Gardeners Association is a volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. You can make a monetary donation by clicking our donate button below or by using any donate button throughout the website.

Virginia Cooperative Extension Albemarle is growing, and with that growth comes a greater need to reach more youth, families, and communities across our area. Through the Double Our Miles campaign, we have already raised $30,000 and are working to secure the final $10,000 by May 1, 2026 to purchase a second vehicle and expand our outreach. This added capacity will help us serve more people, travel more miles, and strengthen the impact of Extension programs throughout Albemarle.
