EXCEL version of timesheet

** Snail mail: Print out and fill in the timesheet. Mail to M. Adamson, c/o PMG, VCE Offices, 460 Stagecoach Road, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

** E-mail: Cut and paste the form into an e-mail to Volunteer Timesheet Coordinator. Or download the form to your computer, fill it out, and then attach to an e-mail to the Volunteer Timesheet Coordinator.

** You may submit your hours at any time of year, but it is very helpful to our record-keeping if you report your volunteer hours twice a year: June 30 and December 31. Be sure to use the official form---doing so makes tallying total hours MUCH easier!

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS

** Be sure to fill out your name and the beginning and end dates (month and year) for the period you’re reporting. Doing so makes it MUCH easier to Margie to tabulate hours.

INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

** Fill in your hours, plus travel time, for each project you’ve worked on during the period. If including monthly meetings, assume that approximately half of the time will be administrative meeting time. The other half (plus travel time) can normally be counted as education time because monthly meetings usually highlight a speaker or some other educational activity.
